The exact cost we get charged by our courier/ delivery partners depends on your order. The smaller your order and the closer you live to our warehouse, the cheaper it is for us to deliver to you. The larger your order and the further you live from our warehouse, the more expensive it is.

Normal Orders including interstate orders shipment

Goldalite will email you a separate shipping invoice depending on the weight of your order.

When payment is completed an email with tracking number is sent when the parcel is dispatched.

Subscription model Shipment

Due to the reoccurring nature of this order, Goldalite will email you a separate one-time shipping invoice depending on the weight of your order.

Shipment invoice amount will be added to total re occurring bill moving forward. Meaning you only get one bill.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post, we endeavour to pack and send confirmed receipt orders within 24 hours.

All Australian orders are sent via Express Post prepaid satchel for next-day delivery. We cannot control the time frame in which Australia Post delivers and are not responsible for delivery time.

If you have any other questions regarding shipment, please email or call us before placing your order. Once the order is packed, we are unable to change it.

International Duties & Taxes

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties, and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Goldalite encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, Goldalite is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

Customs Declaration

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in AUD. We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.

Liability of Goldalite

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Goldalite will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.

Exchange Rate

International Orders will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) as per your order confirmation. The final transaction charge to your account may vary slightly due to moment-by-moment exchange rate fluctuations.
